Join Oliver Wyman in our Health & Life Sciences practice, helping clients in payer, provider, digital health, and life sciences sectors transform their operations and strategy.

What You Will Do

As an Associate you will break down complex problems into discrete tasks, identify key issues, and craft recommendations. You will work side‑by‑side with clients and project teammates, managing small teams to advance projects.

As an Engagement Manager you will lead projects day‑to‑day, ensuring recommendations are correct, practical, and cohesive. You will command the problem‑solving process and build strong client relationships through clear communication.

What You Will Bring

• 4‑10 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top‑tier strategy consulting firm or similar organization
• In‑depth knowledge of the Health & Life Sciences sector
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to conduct sophisticated analyses and present recommendations
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings
• Fluency in English and German is required
• An undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program
• Willingness to travel
• Initiative and a desire to learn new skills and apply existing ones
• Creativity and the ability to generate novel ideas to solve complex problems
• Analytical aptitude, including spotting key issues in large data sets
• Team‑work skills and respect for a highly talented team
