Your Responsibilities
Provide valuable compliance support to Olympus business functions and management, balancing the roles of trusted business partner and effective risk manager
- Actively contribute as a member of both Olympus’s Hamburg-based RAC team and the wider pan-European RAC team
- Support complex projects and processes from a compliance perspective
- Drive initiatives to mitigate compliance risks through the development and implementation of compliance policies and processes
- Plan and deliver compliance training sessions for employees while fostering a strong culture of compliance
- Provide guidance on compliance-related regulations and internal policies, with a particular focus on Third Party Management
- Administer the onboarding process for third parties from a compliance perspective and coordinate enhanced third-party due diligence reviews where required
- Support the implementation of control activities to monitor third-party due diligence processes
- Ensure data quality within our third-party due diligence tool and support the evaluation and continuous improvement of related tools and processes
- Develop and deliver compliance training and awareness initiatives for RAC team members and business stakeholders
Your qualification
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification in economics, law, or a related field
- Experience in third-party due diligence and/or healthcare compliance
- Fluent written and spoken English and German
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Experience with Smartsheet and/or programming languages is considered an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills, combined with effective communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters and to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels
- A results-driven mindset and the ability to navigate complex environments complete your profile
This position is offered on a fixed-term basis until 31 December 2027.
