Your Responsibilities
Interface responsibility between Finance and Global/Regional IT organizations to align functional goals, financial strategies, and global transformation initiatives
- Provision of actionable financial insights, commentary, and recommendations on historical performance, key trends, and future improvement opportunities
- Delivery of timely business performance analysis, including variance analysis against strategic priorities and identification of financial risks and value-creation opportunities
- Support of mid- and long-term financial planning, forecasting processes, investment evaluations, and scenario modelling aligned with business strategy
- Implementation and monitoring of IT cost transparency, including differentiation and analysis of Run-the-Business (RTB) and Change-the-Business (CTB) spending
- Establishment and governance of IT budgeting frameworks, cost allocation methodologies, and financial control mechanisms across regions and functions
- Strategic business partnering with the Global CIO and IT leadership team to strengthen financial understanding and data-driven decision-making
- Leadership of regional IT finance reporting standards, analytics consistency, and continuous process optimization across global organization
- Supervision, coaching, and development of IT Finance Business Partners, including oversight of regional execution and deliverables
Your qualification
10+ years of professional experience in finance, including demonstrated success in managerial and leadership roles within complex organizations
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline
- CPA or equivalent internationally recognized accounting or finance qualification
- Proven experience in leading and supervising finance teams, ideally including IT Finance Business Partners or equivalent senior roles
- Strong leadership and people management skills with a focus on collaboration, mentoring, and capability development
- Advanced stakeholder management skills with ability to balance competing priorities across global, regional, and functional stakeholders
- Strong business acumen with deep understanding of IT/technology cost structures, drivers, and value creation mechanisms
- High analytical proficiency with ability to transform complex financial data into clear, actionable business intelligence and insights
- Strategic mindset with ability to identify trends, anticipate business needs, and contribute to long-term performance improvement
- Professional English proficiency required; Japanese professional working proficiency considered an advantage
