Your Tasks
- Own and manage the end-to-end product and roadmap for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Platform, ensuring alignment with global HR priorities and business objectives.
- Own the technical development, configuration, and enhancements of SuccessFactors Employee Central & Platform, including coordination of external consultants.
- Act as the primary IT point of contact for all global HR Process Owners and HR Product Owners, providing guidance, consultation, and issue resolution.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog in partnership with business stakeholders and global HR priorities.
- Collaborate closely with other SuccessFactors Experts across modules such as PMGM, CDP, ONB, REC, vLMS, and Compensation to drive cross-module alignment and improvements.
- Support outbound integrations and technical projects using SuccessFactors integration technologies, including Integration Center, CPI, API and BTP.
- Ensure data quality, governance, security, and GDPR compliance across all SuccessFactors Employee Central and Platform processes and solutions.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional specifications, including performance, security, scalability, and compliance requirements.
- Develop and deliver complex reporting solutions using SuccessFactors reporting tools, including Story Reporting, while supporting data validation and HR operations.
- Define, track, and monitor KPIs, analyze user feedback and system usage, and drive continuous improvement through change management, stakeholder collaboration, and SAP relationship management.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline.
- A minimum of five years of hands-on experience configuring, designing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Platform.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central and People Analytics is a strong advantage.
- Experience using Job Profile Builder and TIH or integrating external Job Description Management Systems with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience with AI-driven features in SAP SuccessFactors, including SAP Joule, is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated expertise in SAP SuccessFactors architecture and configuration across multiple modules.
- Strategic thinker with an innovation-driven and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to navigate complex, global environments and adapt to changing priorities.
