As the Product Manager you will lead the PM GI EndoTherapy, business turning customer insight and market opportunity into effective strategies, product launches and marketing initiatives.
This is a hybrid role 3 days on site at the Hamburg HQ
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, development, planning, reporting and execution of a business area within GI EndoTherapy.
- Plan and deliver marketing activities, including product launches, campaigns, training, events and workshops.
- Coordinate European congress participation and support the integration and rollout of initiatives across EMEA sales organizations.
- Conduct market, customer and competitive analyses to identify needs, challenges and growth opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with key customers across Europe, supporting product trials, peer-to-peer activities and other marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate on projects with upstream teams, corporate partners and regional managers.
- Represent Olympus and the GI EndoTherapy portfolio during customer visits and at international congresses.
- Track business and marketing performance, share insights and recommend actions to support commercial objectives.
What experience is required for this role?
- Degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Medical Engineering or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in product management, marketing or sales; MedTech experience is an advantage.
- Experience coordinating multinational and cross-divisional teams.
- Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong communication and analytical skills, an inspiring approach and a drive to support sales execution.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% and to be based in Hamburg or the surrounding area.
