As Senior Workforce Planning Manager, you will turn workforce data into meaningful insights that inform strategic people and business decisions across EMEA. Working within our Global Centre of Excellence for Compensation & Benefits, Global Mobility and HR Controlling, you will lead regional workforce planning, forecasting and HR analytics, providing senior leaders with the insights they need to understand workforce trends, anticipate future needs and make informed decisions.

Your responsibilities
- Lead workforce planning across EMEA, translating global strategy into effective regional headcount, budget, forecasting and planning processes in partnership with HR and Finance
- Turn workforce data into actionable insight, delivering forecasts, analysis and recommendations that support senior leadership and CHRO decision-making.
- Partner with HR, Finance and business leaders to integrate workforce priorities into broader business and financial planning and anticipate future organisational needs
- Shape workforce analytics and KPIs, partnering with the Global Workforce Planning team to develop dashboards, measures and insights that improve visibility of workforce trends and performance
- Identify future workforce needs and capability gaps, working with Talent Management and HR Business Partners to inform upskilling, reskilling and internal mobility priorities
- Drive continuous improvement of workforce planning, analytics and HR reporting processes, bringing greater consistency and effectiveness across EMEA while reflecting local requirements
- Advance our workforce planning capabilities, identifying opportunities to use new technologies, tools and approaches to improve forecasting, analytics and decision-making
- Lead a virtual network of regional workforce planning experts, creating alignment across markets and connecting EMEA priorities with our global teams and headquarters in Tokyo
Who we are looking for
- Significant experience in strategic workforce planning, people analytics, HR controlling or a closely related field, gained within a complex, international organisation
- Strong understanding of headcount planning, workforce forecasting and personnel cost/budget planning, with the ability to connect workforce and financial considerations
- Advanced analytical skills and the ability to translate complex workforce data into clear insights, scenarios and recommendations for senior leaders
- Experience partnering with HR, Finance and business leadership, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and influence decision-making
- A track record of developing or improving workforce planning, analytics or reporting processes, ideally across multiple countries or business units
- Experience working with HR data, dashboards and workforce planning/analytics technology, with an interest in how emerging tools and AI can enhance workforce decision-making
- Strong project and change management capability, including implementing new processes, systems or ways of working across a matrix organisation
- The ability to work effectively across regional and global teams, navigating different stakeholder priorities and cultural perspectives
- A relevant university degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
