IT Risk & Resilience Manager (m/f/d)

IT Risk Management & Governance

• Shape and continuously evolve the global IT risk management framework in alignment with ERM principles
• Drive transparency by consolidating risk data into meaningful dashboards, reporting, and insights for leadership
• Lead and coordinate IT risk activities across Global IT, ensuring consistency and accountability
• Ensure mitigation actions are clearly defined, prioritized, and effectively executed
• Establish common standards such as risk taxonomy, control expectations, and alignment with enterprise risk appetite

Resilience & Continuity

• Embed resilience and continuity thinking into IT risk management and day-to-day operations
• Align IT resilience strategies with enterprise continuity objectives and critical risk scenarios
• Collaborate closely with Disaster Recovery Management to ensure robust, compliant, and effective recovery capabilities
• Strengthen the organization’s ability to respond to and recover from disruptions

Collaboration & Advisory

• Partner with IT Security, Infrastructure, and Solution Delivery teams to integrate risk and resilience into projects and services
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on IT risk governance and best practices
• Support audits and regulatory engagements with a strong focus on quality and transparency
• Drive awareness and foster a culture of proactive, risk-informed decision-making across Global IT

Your qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• At least 3 years of experience in IT Risk Management, Operational Risk, or IT Continuity
• 5+ years of overall experience in IT or related domains
• Strong understanding of recognized risk and control frameworks (e.g., COSO, COBIT, ISO)
• Experience in business continuity, resilience, and disaster recovery aligned with international standards
• Familiarity with ITIL practices (v3 or v4)
• Proven experience working in international and cross-functional environments
• Strong analytical mindset with a structured and detail-oriented approach
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English
