Responsibilities

  • Establishing and developing long‑term relationships with customers while maintaining a positive company image
  • Promoting and selling medical products within the assigned territory
  • Independently identifying sales opportunities, actively acquiring new customers, and developing business with existing accounts
  • Preparing commercial offers and sales proposals
  • Conducting negotiations with customers
  • Presenting products, including during medical procedures
  • Delivering training to medical personnel on the proper use of devices and equipment
  • Supporting the organization of conferences, congresses, workshops, and customer training sessions
  • Cooperating with other company departments to ensure high‑quality customer service
  • Performing post‑sale installation of equipment at customer sites
  • Collaborating with internal sales support, marketing, and technical teams to address customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Providing training and educational materials to customers and key stakeholders on product features, usage guidelines, and best practices in ENT procedures
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to ENT equipment and procedures within the designated territory
  • Using CRM tools to provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback to management and relevant stakeholders

Qualifications

  • A university degree
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a diagnostic and surgical environment involving endoscopy
  • Proven success in medical equipment sales
  • Good knowledge of the medical sector, particularly in ENT
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships
  • A proactive and customer‑oriented approach
  • An entrepreneurial mindset combined with strong technical aptitude
  • Accuracy, reliability, and excellent organizational skills
  • Initiative, commitment, independence, and a high level of self‑motivation
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written, enabling effective professional communication
  • A strong drive to succeed and achieve business goals
  • A category B driving license
