Head of global SAP S/4HANA program PMO (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the global SAP S/4HANA program PMO, establishing governance, cadence, and reporting to ensure transparency and effective decision‑making.
- Own the integrated master program plan, covering scope, timeline, budget, interdependencies, and change control.
- Advise and engage the executive steering committee with clear program insights, escalation of issues, and decision requirements.
- Develop, mentor, and lead a global team of project managers, PMO analysts, and ERP risk management professionals.
- Build a scalable PMO operating model with defined roles, processes, and accountability across global and regional teams.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and disciplined delivery excellence.
- Ensure full cross‑functional alignment across IT, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, HR, Quality/Regulatory, and Commercial organizations.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business leaders, system integrators, and technology partners to ensure coordinated execution.
- Oversee comprehensive risk management, including identification, quantification, mitigation, and tracking.
- Ensure compliance with med‑tech regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO), IT security policies, and internal audit requirements.
- Drive quality assurance across deliverables, including validation, testing, and documentation frameworks.
- Ensure successful delivery of SAP S/4HANA releases, migrations, and deployments, including post‑go‑live stabilization and transition to steady‑state support.
Your qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems or related field; MBA/advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years in project/program management, including 5+ years leading large ERP/SAP implementations.
- Experience managing global transformation programs in regulated industries strongly preferred.
- Proven leadership of large cross‑functional teams and system integrators.
- Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, ERP methodologies, and enterprise process redesign.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory/compliance requirements (CSV, data integrity, IT security).
- PMP, Six Sigma, or similar certifications preferred.
- Ability to translate enterprise strategy into an actionable ERP roadmap.
- Strong PMO, risk management, and delivery execution skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Strong executive‑level communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated change leadership and organizational transformation experience.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
- Resilient and effective in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills in English and ideally Spanish.
- Ability to travel internationally.
