Manager HCP Consulting Management and Business Analysis (m/f/d)

- Performing risk assessment of HCP/O engagement, supporting HCP tiering process and taking a leading role in providing advice to the unit you will be supporting, being an integrity role model, working in alignment with medical technology industry requirements.
- Transparency reporting support for EMEA, developing reports per entity, including data quality check.
- Business analysis of HCP/O data, Power BI dashboard development and roll out, and develop improvement measures with EMEA subsidiaries whenever necessary.
- Approving, monitoring and documenting internal requests for interactions with healthcare professionals and organizations in the EMEA region (scope OEKG Professional Education).
- Project management and new tool development, in order to improve efficiency within Engagement Team tasks.
- Support other entities within HCPO topics.
- Develop data analysis using Power BI data models and visualizations.
- Close and confidential cooperation with EMEA company units as internal contact person to advise on technical questions and best practices regarding medical technology industry requirements, laws and regulations as well as company internal processes related to interactions with Healthcare Professionals and Organizations.
- Contributing to system and process improvement, with a solution-oriented approach.
- Checking provided services and ensuring contract fulfilment.
- Support transfer of values calculation per activity and HCP/O and system update, working with database interface and applying advanced Excel knowledge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor in Business, Economics, Information management or comparable course of studies preferred.
- Experience in MedTech or pharmaceutical industry preferred, but not a must.
- Experienced in business intelligence, Power BI and tool development with Power apps/Power automate.
- Advanced level of Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, business analysis and statistics skills.
- Consulting competence performed with integrity and confidence, with internal customer centric approach.
- Independent and careful way of working, combined with good self-organization is required.
- Team spirit, reliability and commitment.
- Very good command of English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and analytical skills, critical and solution-oriented thinking.
- Self-organized with efficient working style, paying attention to detail.
- Independent and goal-oriented way of working and the ability to prioritize effectively.
