Professional Sales Trainer Surgical Urology (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- You perform, develop, and continuously improve sales training with a focus on products, procedures, and sales for internal staff (sales representatives, product managers, and local trainers).
- Your training covers onboarding training as well as continuous learning for our sales organizations.
- You develop and implement new training concepts.
- You develop and update blended-learning material.
- You evaluate the success of trainings and their sustainability, as well as the quality of trainings.
- You partner with our EMEA Product Management and Global Stakeholders.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Natural Sciences, or Education Science.
- Highly skilled in media competencies for online as well as on-site training and the creation of training material.
- Experience as a trainer of sales roles in the medical field, specifically in Urology, and/or experience in a MedTech sales role.
- Affinity and enthusiasm for medical technology.
- High communication and teaching skills.
- Excellent organization and presentation skills.
- Team player.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Willingness to travel.
