• Your responsibilities
• Facilitate and deliver product, sales and solution training for our Gastrointestinal Solutions and Respiratory business, ensuring customer-facing employees (e. g. sales representatives) develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence required to perform effectively and create customer value.
• Your training areas will further include hygiene-related topics such as Infection Prevention products for manual & automated reprocessing, reprocessing regulations, technologies, customer applications, and commercial aspects such as sales processes and tools.
• Conduct interactive, face-to-face training sessions (up to multiple weeks) and apply blended learning approaches, including live online modules, preparatory materials, practical application exercises, and other learner-centric methodologies.
• Develop and maintain training materials such as online lessons, tutorials, manuals, presentations, and interactive activities, ensuring alignment with business needs, market developments, product portfolios, and regulatory requirements in collaboration with relevant stakeholders (e. g.

Business Units, Digital Learning, Quality).

• Identify capability and training needs and develop, implement, evaluate, and continuously improve learning solutions within your area of expertise, supporting both onboarding and ongoing capability development.
• Design and conduct knowledge and skill assessments to measure learning effectiveness, capability development, and employee readiness and performance.
• Engage with business and functional stakeholders across various levels to ensure learning initiatives align with immediate business needs and broader strategic objectives.
• Actively participate in or drive learning and development projects that support capability building and continuous improvement of learning programs and processes.
• Drive engagement and motivation using a variety of adult learning methods, supporting learners throughout their development journey and fostering business acumen, customer understanding, and solution-oriented thinking.
• Utilize your expertise to support learning and development across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through continuous learning and certification.

Leverage appropriate technologies and digital learning solutions to maximize the effectiveness, efficiency, accessibility, and scalability of training delivery and learning experiences.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Economics or Business Administration, Engineering, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Education or a related discipline.

Advanced degree or relevant professional certifications are a plus.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales is desirable, preferably in medical device sales
• Experience in training, learning & development, commercial enablement, sales training, healthcare education, or a related field within the medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries environment is preferred
• Expertise in infection prevention and microbiology
• Utilize your strong background in Infection Prevention and understanding of microbiology to develop and deliver training on reprocessing principles, contamination prevention, relevant regulations, and associated product solutions.
• Strong media skills for both virtual and on-site training, including the development of training materials
• Affinity for and enthusiasm about medical technology and the Med Tech industry
• Excellent communication and training skills
• Strong organizational and presentation skills
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively
• Fluent in written and spoken English, additional languages are beneficial
• Willingness to travel regularly
