Regional Head (m/f/d) Product Management Surgical Devices, EMEA

• Lead a team of product managers responsible for business areas and act as Second Level Sales Support with a high degree of independence.
  – Focus on team guidance, development, and driving engagement.
  – Define and execute the EMEA business strategy aligned with global strategy and EMEA BU, including positioning, training, pricing, reimbursement, lifecycle management, and communication.
  – Manage BU business and support the EMEA Business Unit Manager.
  – Responsible for the full BU business.
  – Lead strategic BU or division projects (e.g., Sales Force Effectiveness, Strategy Development).
  – Lead and develop a team of GLs and/or at least 3 product managers.
  – Create and monitor the BU annual plan with forecasts.
  – Act as operational interface between Central Units, Upstream marketing, and regional organizations.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor\’s or Master’s in Business Administration, Natural Sciences, or similar.
  – 5+ years in Product Management/Sales, with 2-3 years in leadership.
  – Proven leadership skills.
  – Strong marketing and sales knowledge.
  – Experience in surgical operating theater sales, especially with disposable products, is a plus.
  – Business and strategic mindset with a holistic perspective.
  – Ability to manage a business and develop talent.
  – Strong communication and presentation skills.
  – Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
  – Independent, proactive, and fluent in English.
