Senior Dir., IT Business Relationship/Demand Manager for HR, Legal Risk & Compliance, Audit, Communications, global (m/f/d)

• Your Responsibilities
• Plan, develop, own, and drive an effective global wide IT strategy for Finance, HR (incl.

Employee Experience), Internal Communications, Corporate Governance Functions (Legal Compliance Risk Audit). ·- Foster, shape and manage the business demand for the IT investment in those Domains across all geographies and Divisions.

Identifies the optimal approaches to meet the business's needs, as well as the cross-functional dependencies (both risks and synergy opportunities) with other Domain & Division BRM and the Regional IT Heads.

Ensures that the prioritized demand is satisfyingly translated into valid IT solutions and clearly defined projects set up for success (right scoping, proper project setup, and clear benefit definition)

• Once initiatives are in flight, provide executive oversight to ensure the Delivery teams commitments remain aligned with agreed business outcomes, and with value realization / risk management / executive stakeholder expectations satisfyingly managed.

After completion, establish learning and continuous improvement mechanisms to enhance business value generation.

• Identify required strategic sourcing, vendor engagement, analysis, recommendations, and execution approaches to successfully support enterprise priorities and sustained value realization.
• Coaches executive business stakeholders and their direct reports and continuously raise their digital/AI literacy ; enables them to articulate technology needs and requirements that will advance business performance and maximize return on investment; proactively shares technology advancements and market success stories in respective Functional Domain.
• As the IT organization's chief advocate, informs and influences the Global Function executives so that they understand and support projects that are in concert with IT goals, such as enterprise architecture and the infrastructure/application/security strategy.
• Establish and run a Voice of the Customer (Vo C) process to measure satisfaction with IT services and identify opportunities to improve IT and business unit collaboration and value delivery
• Lead, motivate, develop, and performance-manage team members to ensure individual and collective performance meets current and future business needs
• Your qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field strongly preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of senior leadership or senior consulting experience leading enterprise-wide technology strategy, transformation programs, and executive stakeholder management.
• Solid experience driving medium-to-large-scale process and system transformations in global organizations, preferably within a regulated industry.
• Proven experience influencing Executive, SVP, and VP stakeholders across regions and functions to drive strategic decisions, investment prioritization, and organizational change.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with experience engaging Western and Asian executives, aligning diverse perspectives, and driving convergence across functions, divisions, regions, and management levels.
• Strong leadership, business acumen, and strategic thinking, with the ability to challenge the status quo, navigate ambiguity and complexity, bridge business and IT perspectives, and drive organizational change.
• Minimum 5+ years of value creation and demand planning experience. Knowledge of Design Thinking, Value Stream Mapping, and Business Capability Modelling is a plus.
• Experience in both solution consulting and project implementation.
• High integrity and proven global operating experience, with expertise in Finance and HR technologies, including ERP, SAP Success Factors (or equivalent), and AI solutions.
• BRM Institute Certification is an advantage but not required.
