(Senior) Pricing Manager (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities
- Responsible for implementation and execution of pricing governance processes within the matrix of business unit and regions.
- Support regional pricing steering/approval processes from headquarter side to ensure outcome orientation and transparency.
- Support the business steering process with pricing insights, scenario and in-depth analytics and cooperate closely together with Finance business partners.
- Foster and train usage of pricing dashboards, initiate enhancement projects to strengthen organizational pricing analytics capabilities.
- Maintain and enhance pricing framework and deal guidance/customer pricing structures on EMEA level and ensure local compliance and implementation.
- Drive for standardization and harmonization of processes with consideration of country and business specific needs.
- Enhance pricing related capabilities and culture at Olympus by regular communication and training of all stakeholders.
- Ensure pricing requirements are collected and integrated in tool infrastructure (ERP, CRM and Pricing Tools).
Your Qualification
- University degree in Business Administration or similar qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in pricing and price management.
- Ideally, a background in the Medical Device industry.
- Strong commercial mindset based on analytical and commercial experience, driving business and pricing strategy.
- Solution-oriented attitude and hands-on mentality to support as business partner driving Pricing operationally inside the organization.
- Effective use of office software for analyses, simulation tools (Excel, Power Pivot) and communication (PowerPoint); SalesForce.com knowledge beneficial.
- Good project management skills to act as project lead for pricing-related projects.
- Excellent communicator at all levels within a corporate environment.
- Experience and ability to work effectively within a European organization across functions and cultures.
- Good skillset in virtual work environments.
- Fluent in English (oral and written), German optional.
