In your role as „Group Leader EMEA Logistics Operations (m/f/d)“, you will be responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of warehouse and transport logistics specialists
You will manage logistics chains, lead our service providers, and ensure that our products arrive on time in Germany and are delivered to our foreign subsidiaries and customers
Together with the global and local management teams, you will ensure that our service promises are met
You will analyze and organize operational processes worldwide and in the EMEA region
You will improve processes along the entire logistics chain, including import, warehousing, and distribution
Additionally, you will manage and accompany various digitalization projects, contribute your own ideas, and support your team as a professional sparring partner during implementation
You will identify cost optimization potentials and lead corresponding optimization projects
Your qualification
Successfully completed studies or comparable training in the field of transport and warehouse logistics
Several years of management and professional experience in warehouse and transport logistics, with a solid understanding of relevant laws and regulations
Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and a sense of responsibility
