Intimate relationship with Jesus Church that approves of and supports your ministry Experience in communications and marketing is helpful Team and communication skills both spoken and written (adequate level of German with willingness to learn more and English) Enjoying working in an international team Flexible and independent working Experience with OM is helpful but not required * Each OM position has specific support raising requirements depending on the location and the type of role.
