The role will be based in Hamburg. Start dates for the Graduate Programme are February, May, August and November 2027. The Shell Graduate Programme equips you with the essential tools to enhance your leadership skills and achieve your full potential through a combination of on-the-job training, formal education, job rotations, and personalized coaching.

You will work with experienced colleagues and will share your unique perspective and fresh ideas on how to tackle energy-related challenges. Eligibility
- You are required to have graduated prior to your first day at Shell.
- You must be pursuing or have completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- You need to have less than three years of professional work experience.
- Fluency in German (C2 level) and English is needed.
