Omendon is leading recruitment, on behalf of a fast-growing Nordic precious metals group already operating across Finland, Sweden, the UK and the US, for their market entry into Austria. We’re hiring 2 independent B2B partners — one in Salzburg, one in Innsbruck — to launch and run mobile gold & silver buying operations in their region. This is a ground-floor opportunity to become the face of an international brand’s launch into a brand-new market, backed by a model already proven across four countries.
What you’ll do
Run scheduled gold & silver purchasing appointments across Salzburg and the surrounding region (mobile/pop-up format)
Value items on the spot using provided equipment and training
Build local visibility and a customer base from day one
Operate as your own registered business (B2B / Einzelunternehmer)
What you bring
A registered business, or willingness to set one up immediately
Fluent German and working English
Strong customer-facing/sales instincts — background in jewelry, finance, retail or field sales is a plus
Own transport and availability to start immediately
What’s on offer
€1000 gross/month guaranteed retainer, plus uncapped commission tied to volume bought — full structure shared at interview. Expected revenue per month is 15,000-30,000€ per month.
Full training and an operational playbook refined across thousands of completed transactions in other markets
A ground-floor role with real potential to grow into a regional lead position as the market scales
Ongoing support from an experienced international team
