We are currently looking for an Lead Engineer Wind Turbines (m / f / d) in the area of technical planning and implementation of offshore wind projects. You are working primarily in our office in Hamburg including the option to work from home up to three days a week. Visits in Oldenburg are occasionally.

Your Tasks

• Support in planning and implementing national and international offshore wind projects
• Manage technical aspects of the WTG package , including contract negotiation and risk management
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental (HSE) regulations
• Conduct technical due diligence for offshore wind projects
• Identify and manage technical risks and project impacts
• Prepare technical documentation (specifications, processes, concepts)
• Ensure adherence to approval and certification requirements (national / international)
• Support contractual compliance of technical documentation
• Supervise installation, commissioning, and acceptance processes offshore

Your Profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Wind Energy Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field withtechnical expertise in WTG design
• At least 5 years of experience , preferably with a focus on offshore wind turbine supply contracts
• Strong Teamplayer with proven ability to manage complex projects and multidisciplinary teams in dynamic environments
• National and international willingness to travel , including offshore work if required
• Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken); proficiency in Chinese is a plus
• Valid driver\’s license (B or Class 3)
