Responsibilities include:
- Strategic leadership and development of the Digital Strategy & Execution Team with management.
- Overall responsibility for customer acquisition, team staffing, project prioritization, execution, success, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- End-to-end project implementation, defining go-to-market strategies, requirements, and ensuring smooth execution and excellent customer experience.
- Development of internal know-how and external partnerships.
- Standardization of processes and quality assurance for projects and solutions.
- Participation in sales and pitching activities, developing new services based on industry trends.
- Collaboration with the Leadership Team and representation at events and universities.
- Support in recruitment and team development with the People & Culture Team.
Requirements include:
- University degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; MBA advantageous.
- 8+ years of experience in digital strategy, transaction advisory, or digital marketing.
- Deep understanding of tech and commerce landscapes, tools, and trends.
- Proven leadership, team coordination, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and results-oriented skills.
- Fluent in English, service-oriented, responsible, passionate.
