We’re looking for a Solution Architect (m/f/d) to join our team and take the lead in designing and implementing technical solutions for our clients. Location: Germany (remote or in-office) – applicants must be based in Germany.

Your role

• Design scalable, reliable solution architectures that meet customer needs and create proof-of-concepts (primarily in Go ) to validate technical ideas.
• Lead technical workshops and design sessions, ensuring seamless collaboration between stakeholders, developers, and clients.
• Translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications and guide teams in their implementation.
• Write user stories, technical documentation, and guides to keep development processes structured and efficient.
• Conduct code reviews, break down development tasks, and provide hands-on support to ensure top-quality results.
• Solve technical challenges, including system integrations and custom client requirements, with a hands-on, solution-driven approach.
• Support pre-sales efforts by leading technical workshops, presenting solutions, and demonstrating how Omnevo’s technology drives business success.

What you bring

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect , ideally with Go as a core technology.
• Strong software development expertise, particularly in complex technical environments.
• Ability to work independently in an agile and fast-moving environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a commitment to supporting teams in their growth.
• Fluency in German and English .
• Willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 2-3 times per year ).
