Who you can become with us

We seek an exceptionally motivated and skilled Business Development Manager for the EMEA region, with a DACH focus, to drive growth of our Cloud and data solution business. You will create and pursue opportunities, develop client relationships, and pinpoint business opportunities to enhance growth and profitability.

Your key responsibilities

  • Build and manage a sales pipeline for TRKKN’s Cloud & AI solutions, catering to medium‑sized businesses and enterprises.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through networking, events, and existing partnerships with Google, tech vendors, and agencies.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver consultative selling and client satisfaction.
  • Craft compelling pitch decks and tailored approaches to showcase our offerings.
  • Negotiate license fees and consulting & professional services contracts with client procurement teams.
  • Coordinate pre‑contractual requirements, ensuring necessary documentation.
  • Leverage the Google Cloud Sales organization network to create joint sales plays for key clients.
  • Collect and analyze customer data to identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities.

The person we are looking for

  • Substantial experience in business development, customer acquisition, and engagement within the Cloud industry, Data Analytics, and/or Marketing Technology.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through consultative selling.
  • Strong network of key business partners.
  • Completed certifications and training, with hands‑on knowledge of Google Cloud Platform or competitors.
  • Prior exposure to Google Marketing Platform, especially Google Analytics.
  • Strong personality and thrives in a fast‑moving scale‑up environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German (C1 minimum).
  • Willingness to travel within Germany 1‑2 times per month.
