We are looking for experienced professionals to help establish and strengthen the Chery brand in the German market.

Purpose of the role

The Dealer Network Administration Specialist supports the DND department with data quality, document management, funnel updates, reporting, dealer files and process follow-up.

The role is the administrative backbone of the DND team and secures that dealer information is complete, traceable and ready for decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the DND dealer funnel and support regular DND reporting.
  • Create and maintain dealer folders and document status in the DND Share Point structure.
  • Track NDA, LOI, BP, dealer data sheet, dealer evaluation, DA status and open actions.
  • Support the preparation of approval documents, meeting packs and management summaries.
  • Check completeness and quality of dealer master data and contact information.
  • Coordinate follow-ups with dealers, MSXI and internal stakeholders where needed.
  • Support version control for DND templates, dealer documents and internal working files.
  • Prepare simple reports on acquisition speed, onboarding speed, open issues and dealer satisfaction feedback.
  • Support meeting organisation, minutes, action lists and document filing.
  • Help the DND team keep one reliable data source for every dealer candidate.

  • Required Profile
  • Experience in administration, sales support, dealer support, project coordination or CRM/reporting roles.
  • Very strong accuracy in data, documents, deadlines and follow-up.
  • Good user skills in Microsoft 365, Share Point, Excel and reporting files.
  • Ability to work with confidential dealer and contract information in a careful way.
  • Service-minded, reliable and able to support a fast-growing team.

  • Success Criteria in the First 12 Months
  • Dealer funnel and dealer files are complete, current and reliable.
  • NDA, LOI, BP and DA status can be reported at any time.
  • DND reporting is consistent, timely and useful for management decisions.
  • Document versions and approval status are clear and easy to find.
  • Time from first contact to DA and time from DA to launch/opening can be measured from available data.
  • Dealer satisfaction feedback after onboarding is collected and documented.
  • The DND team can work from one clean and trusted database.
