In Germany, we are expanding our presence and building a strong local team to support the launch and growth of the Chery brand.

We are looking for experienced professionals to help establish and strengthen the Chery brand in the German market.

Your Role
As a Spare Parts Senior Specialist, you will support the Spare Parts Manager in ensuring high parts availability, efficient order fulfillment, optimized inventory levels, and a high level of dealer satisfaction.

You will work closely with our dealer network, logistics partners, internal teams, and headquarters to ensure that spare parts are available and delivered efficiently while continuously improving inventory and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain optimal spare parts inventory levels at the central warehouse, balancing parts availability, customer demand, and inventory costs.

Analyze vehicle population, seasonal trends, historical demand, and sales forecasts to support accurate spare parts demand planning.

Manage parts lifecycle activities, including parts supersessions, technical updates, phase-outs, and obsolete inventory.

Coordinate and monitor daily spare parts order processing and fulfillment for the German dealer network.

Monitor backorders and proactively resolve critical parts shortages and supply bottlenecks.

Support dealers with parts identification and technical inquiries using Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC) systems.

Monitor the performance of third-party logistics (3PL) providers operating the central spare parts warehouse and ensure agreed service and delivery standards are achieved.

Manage and resolve claims related to shipping discrepancies, transportation damage, returns, and other parts delivery issues.

Monitor key spare parts KPIs, including parts availability, fill rate, inventory turnover, backorder ratio, and delivery performance.

Collaborate closely with Aftersales, Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, dealers, and headquarters to continuously improve spare parts operations and dealer satisfaction.

Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Aftersales, or a related field is preferred.

Ideally 5+ years of professional experience in automotive Aftersales, including at least 3 years of experience in spare parts operations or a comparable role.

Strong understanding of automotive spare parts operations, inventory management, demand planning, and order fulfillment.

Experience working with automotive dealer networks and third-party logistics providers is highly preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work confidently with operational and inventory data.

Proficiency in SAP MM/IM is highly preferred; experience with SAP SD is an advantage.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and lookup functions.

Experience with Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC) systems.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent in both German and English.
