We are recruiting a Market Access & Pricing Manager based at our global headquarters in Geneva. At this position, you have the unique opportunity to define and implement the access and pricing strategies for OM Pharma existing and pipeline products, in strong collaboration with local commercial partners, global cross-functional team and external agencies. Following OM entrepreneurial spirit, you act both as a hands-on expert and a strategic leader to ensure patient access to OM products.

Your main responsibilities are as follows:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global market access strategy, pinpointing strategic imperatives and priorities, especially for pivotal markets like the US, EU, and China.
  • Stay abreast of international payer landscapes, evolving healthcare trends, policies, and guidelines to guide strategic decisions for business development, pipeline optimization, and lifecycle management projects.
  • Evaluate and optimize existing pricing and reimbursement statuses at the country level, proposing actionable strategies.
  • Lead key pricing initiatives, both on tactical adjustments and strategic positioning and launches, anchored into competitive landscape understanding.
  • Act as a critical member of the core team leading new market entry.
  • Understand and navigate the reimbursement landscapes and funding mechanisms across key markets to accelerate reimbursement approvals.
  • Understand political decision-making processes and policy formation in key markets.
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with payers, policymakers, healthcare providers, and patient advocacy groups, founded on respect and trust.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the patient journey and healthcare system structures, including diagnosis, treatment choices, and care administration.
  • Use factual evidence to demonstrate the value of therapies and support the value proposition.

For this role, we are looking for a candidate with excellent leadership skills and hands-on capabilities, bringing the following competencies:

  • Master’s degree in the field of Life Sciences, Business Management or similar.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a relevant field (such as patient access, government affairs/public policy, patient advocacy, pricing, reimbursement, or medical affairs) including 3 years in pharma market access and pricing at global level.
  • Full fluency in English; speaking French is an asset.
