As a key member of our HR team, you will report directly to the Head of HR Swiss Affiliate & Talent Acquisition Lead. In this role, you are responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for OM Pharma. This position requires regular travel to our HQ in Meyrin (up to 20% of the time).Your main responsibilities are as follows:Manage recruitment processes for all levels and departments, including internships and young talent programsOversee the entire recruitment process, from job approval to offer stageConduct profile briefing meetings with hiring managers and advise on effective search strategies and recruitment processesWrite and post compelling job advertisementsScreen and review incoming applicationsConduct competency-based interviews (Phone, video, face-to-face)Act as the main point of contact for hiring managers, candidates, and HRProvide timely and constructive feedback to candidatesDeliver Talent Acquisition training to managers, including guidance on interviewing techniques and best practicesDevelop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as schools, employment agencies, and recruitment agenciesWe are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner bringing the following profile:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Administration, Economics, Psychology, or equivalentMinimum of 3 years of experience in a recruitment role, including experience in the Swiss recruitment marketExperience within the pharmaceutical, medical devices, or food industry is a plusFluent in French and English, both written and spoken. German is an assetExperience in direct search/sourcing and social media recruitment is advantageousAs a Talent Acquisition Partner, you are solution-driven and customer-oriented.
