Your tasks

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across all job levels, ensuring timely hiring and achievement of time-to-hire targets.

Advise hiring managers on job requirements, sourcing strategies, recruitment best practices, and labor market trends.

Conduct candidate screening and assessment, including resume reviews, interviews, and evaluation processes to identify suitable candidates.

Prepare and facilitate interview and assessment days for fresh graduate recruitment programs.

Prepare, negotiate, and issue employment offers in line with company policies, while coordinating approvals with relevant stakeholders.

Partner closely with People and Culture Business Partners and hiring managers, ensuring effective communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Maintain accurate recruitment data, documentation, and reporting to support business decisions and compliance requirements.

Ensure adherence to ethical recruitment standards, diversity hiring practices, labor laws, and company policies.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency, quality, and candidate experience.

Promote the company as an employer of choice through participation in job fairs and employer branding activities, while ensuring a positive candidate journey.

Your profile

Master's degree / Diploma degree in HR Management, Business & Economics, Business Psychology, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR field.

Experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding activities.

Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, understand recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire), and work effectively under deadlines.

Strong stakeholder management skills with a customer-oriented mindset and the ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and HR partners.

Excellent German and English language skills is a must; offer management and negotiation experience is considered an advantage.

The minimum gross annual salary according to the collective agreement amounts to

EUR 77.700,-- . Depending on skills and specific experience, over-payment is possible.
