JR018574**RESPONSIBILITIES*** Lead process optimization and operational excellence initiatives across suspended mineral and wet processing operations.* Provide process engineering leadership for capital projects, including process design, flowsheet development, equipment specification, commissioning, and performance validation.* Support scale-up and industrialization of new products, technologies, and manufacturing processes.* Analyze operational performance using process data, advanced analytics, and structured problem-solving methodologies to identify sustainable improvement opportunities.* Drive digitalization initiatives by implementing modern process monitoring, data analytics, and performance management tools.* Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Product Development, and R&D teams worldwide.* Develop and maintain engineering standards, best practices, and process documentation.* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and plant teams.* Contribute to sustainability initiatives through improved resource utilization, water management, energy efficiency, and process reliability.**TECHNICAL EXPERTISE**Experience in one or more of the following areas:* Precipitation and mineralization processes* Slurry preparation and handling systems* Media stirred mills and wet grinding technologies* Flotation, filtration, thickening, and dewatering**QUALIFICATIONS*** Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Minerals Processing, Chemistry, or a related technical field.* 5+ years of experience in chemical processing, mineral processing, industrial manufacturing, or related industries.* Strong understanding of wet processing operations and process scale-up.* Experience supporting CAPEX projects and commissioning activities.* Experience with advanced data analytics, digital process monitoring, process modelling, machine learning applications, simulation software, or advanced process control is highly desirable.* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.* Fluent in English.* Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 30%) #J-18808-Ljbffr
