Provide process engineering leadership for capital projects, including process design, flowsheet development, equipment specification, commissioning, and performance validation. Support scale-up and industrialization of new products, technologies, and manufacturing processes. Analyze operational performance using process data, advanced analytics, and structured problem-solving methodologies to identify sustainable improvement opportunities. Drive digitalization initiatives by implementing modern process monitoring, data analytics, and performance management tools. Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Product Development, and RD teams worldwide. Develop and maintain engineering standards, best practices, and process documentation. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and plant teams.
