Qualifications Master's degree in Mineral Processing, Mining Engineering, or a related field Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in mineral processing, mining, or process engineering; experience in plant commissioning and optimization is a plus Strong understanding of mineral processing technologies, including crushing, screening, sorting, and separation processes Fluent in English, any additional language is an advantage Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in international teams Self-driven, collaborative, and capable of managing projects independently.
