h3Responsibilities /h3ulliLead Financial Governance across the Group and ensure compliance with accounting policies, reporting standards, and governance requirements. /liliOwn and maintain Group accounting policies, procedures, and the Accounting Reporting Manual. /liliAct as the subject matter expert for IFRS, Swiss GAAP FER, and complex technical accounting matters. /liliMonitor regulatory developments and coordinate the implementation of new accounting and reporting requirements. /liliLead the assessment of complex transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, and financing arrangements. /liliOversee impairment testing, significant accounting judgments, estimates, and accounting position papers. /liliPartner with finance teams, auditors, and key stakeholders to ensure consistent application of accounting policies and successful audit execution. /liliDrive continuous audit and financial governance improvements through data analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) dashboards, user training, and reporting insights. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliUniversity degree in Finance, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field. /liliSwiss CPA qualification is required. /liliMinimum five years of experience in Group Finance, Financial Governance, Audit, or Accounting within a complex corporate environment. /liliDeep understanding of financial governance principles, internal controls, and valuation methodologies. /liliProfound practical knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Swiss GAAP FER. /liliExperience with SAP ERP (S/4HANA and/or ECC); experience with OneStream is beneficial. /liliProven ability to work effectively across functions, build strong stakeholder relationships, and successfully drive initiatives through implementation. /liliExcellent command of written and spoken English is required. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
