Operating within the Office of the Co-CEOs, you will lead heavy strategic execution, own high-stakes stakeholder management, and drive critical global initiatives, translating executive ambition into actionable, cross-functional strategies for growth, product innovation, brand marketing, and digital expansion. Working in close synergy with the President, EVPs, and broader executive team, you will streamline organizational complexity, steer business-critical global initiatives, and oversee the strategic rhythm of our executive office.### Your Mission* Executive Strategic Partnering: Serve as the lead strategic advisor and sparring partner to the Co-CEOs, distilling complex corporate priorities into clear, executable, and measurable commercial, brand, product, and digital roadmaps.* Major Global Workstreams: Lead high-stakes, cross-functional special projects and growth initiatives spanning new market entry, brand storytelling, digital ecosystem expansion, and commercial scaling.* Board of Directors & Executive Governance: Fully own and steer executive-level meeting governance. Lead the strategic preparation, orchestration, and synthesis of board deliverables, strategic pre-reads, bi-annual global summits, and executive off-sites in close coordination with senior leadership.* High-Stakes Stakeholder Management: Collaborate directly with the President, EVPs, and global department leads to drive alignment across key growth pillars, resolve complex friction points, and ensure flawless cross-functional execution.* Executive Communications & Corporate Narrative: Oversee the strategic drafting and refinement of high-level executive communications, board briefing packs, public keynotes, and strategic talking points for internal and external global forums.* Office Leadership & Integration: Collaborate closely with the team to delegate daily operational navigation, scheduling flows, and headquarters pulse-sensing, ensuring complete operational synchronization across the Office of the Co-CEOs.### Your Story* Experience Baseline: Minimum of 12+ years of total post-graduate professional experience. You must have proven experience starting your career within a top-tier management consultancy.* Industry and Scale-Up Experience: Must possess direct, strategic client-side experience in global premium apparel, sportswear, or luxury fashion brands, with a proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced global business.* Mandatory Executive Governance: Must have a demonstrable track record of successfully running C-Suite operations and managing Board of Directors deliverables.* Left and Right Brain Synergy: Exceptional analytical rigor and strategic depth balanced with a deep commercial affinity for brand storytelling, product identity, consumer culture, and digital ecosystems.* Senior Stakeholder Mastery: Outstanding gravitas, emotional intelligence, and diplomatic navigation skills, with a proven and demonstrable ability to influence, align, and constructively challenge senior executives, Board members, and business leaders.* Language Skills: Native-level fluency or complete fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
