Rapid channel expansion opens up an opportunity for a strategic, collaborative, and results-focused Finance Senior Specialist to join the dynamic global Controlling team on a temporary basis (10-11-month fixed-term contract, ending September 30th, 2027). This role acts as a primary financial co-creator to Retail Operations and cross-functional stakeholders, carrying responsibility for guiding planning, reporting, analysis, and process improvements across the global Retail business. Operating as a critical partner to the business, this position shapes top-line sales and FTE planning, delivers actionable insights, and enables informed decision-making to support long-term retail growth ambitions. This role reports directly to the Head of Retail Controlling.**Your mission:*** **Planning & Forecasting:** Lead retail planning cycles (budget, forecasts, and long-range plan), leveraging business driver KPIs and consolidating inputs across regions and functions to align with channel strategy and overarching targets.* **Reporting & Performance Management:** Own financial reporting across month-end, quarter-end, and long-term cycles, ensuring high accuracy and timely delivery while shaping analysis and recommendations for senior stakeholders.* **Analysis & Insights:** Drive actionable insights on sales, costs, and profitability, performing deep dives into key drivers such as personnel productivity and cost benchmarks to enhance operational efficiency and margins.* **Systems & Processes:** Elevate planning and reporting tools (including Anaplan), streamline financial processes, and support data integrity in partnership with the broader Controlling team.* **Collaboration & Partnership:** Act as a trusted finance partner to Retail Operations and cross-functional teams, guiding alignment and supporting channel growth objectives.**Your story:*** Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or an equivalent business qualification.* Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience within Controlling or a related finance field.* Proven background in financial modeling, forecasting, analytical problem-solving, and reporting.* Demonstrated adaptability to navigate ambiguity and deliver solutions-oriented outcomes.* Track record of partnering effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.* Strong communication abilities with a practice of engaging and influencing stakeholders across various levels.**Your team:**We plan, budget and forecast.
