In addition, the role will focus on the overall management of AV within our portfolio.Your Mission:* Design the overall AV vision and AV Eco System* Implement AV global standards for Retail Stores, Workplaces and Showrooms* Set the AV global standards in terms of hardware and operational management* Create specific processes and procedures to ensure AV projects are delivered effectively and efficiently and aligned with team project managers* Create and manage the intake of new AV projects in association with the PMO* Manage global costs for AV hardware and report costs to PMO* Collaborate with global stakeholders across multiple teams, including Construction, Real Estate, Facility Management, Design, Finance, Commercial and more* Collaborate closely with 3rd party vendors to ensure we receive the level of service expected whilst fostering strong and sustainable partnerships.* Organise and host AV dedicated workshops to align with company wide AV and digital conceptsYour Story* 8+ years of experience in AV Project Management* 5+ years of delivering global AV solutions* Experience in designing AV Eco Systems* Proven track record in global, cross-functional stakeholder management* Experience in working in a fast-growing, fast-paced environment* Good working knowledge of Network infrastructure* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Experience in working with 3rd party vendors and partners* Experience in Real Estate construction is a plus* Experience in expansion and space programming is a plus* Experience in the retail industry is a plusOur Team The Retail and Workplace Technology team holds global responsibility for the design and implementation of the Technology infrastructure across all physical locations.
