Sr. Lead - Commercial Project & Strategic Initiatives (12-Months Maternity Cover) As Commercial Process & Project Lead, you will lead process improvement initiatives and oversee the successful delivery of key projects. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive operational efficiency, enhance project management capabilities, and ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the process and project management team. Set clear goals, expectations, and priorities. Mentor and develop team members.
Stakeholder Engagement: Foster positive relationships with internal stakeholders, gather feedback, address concerns, manage expectations, and resolve conflicts as needed.
Pipeline Management: Coordinate and manage the commercial project pipeline and prepare projects for presentation during Quarterly Increment Planning.
Capacity Management: Manage capacity within the Commercial Project Team to optimize efficiency and maximize productivity.
Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key organizational projects.
Process Management: Oversee the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives across the organization.
Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns, prepare and present project status reports, milestones, and deliverables for all commercial projects to the Cross‑Functional Program Management Team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
At least 6 years of experience in project, process, or program management.
Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Strong understanding of process management and continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross‑functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency with project management tools and software such as Asana.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
