Overview
In this role you support risk management for an international bank by analyzing and reporting on external operational risks. You will help maintain a robust risk framework, monitor 2nd line controls, and drive improvement projects. You collaborate with multiple locations to ensure effective governance and remediation. This position offers a chance to shape risk processes within a global context and contribute to regulatory compliance such as DORA.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Manage, review, investigate and report on external operational risks
- Analyze incidents and track remedial actions with owners on progress
- Produce operational risk management information reports
- Maintain and optimize a solid risk framework
- Monitor 2nd line risk control function through design, execution, and improvement
- Generate 2nd line reports on external risks for the Head of Risk Management
- Support development of infrastructure for 2nd line operational risk control
- Lead operational risk projects and support risk process initiatives
- Handle ad hoc projects
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Economics
- First experience in process risk management
- Experience with risk processes or in an international bank (Big4 exposure acceptable)
- Knowledge of risk processes, internal controls, DORA
- Analytical, team-oriented personality
