To serve this ambition, we are looking for a dynamic marketing leader with agency experience to drive our global marketing campaigns. This role will report to the Senior Lead Marketing Campaigns and will involve leading complex global marketing campaigns. Your mission
  1. Lead the development and execution of complex global marketing campaigns, from briefing to delivery. Ensuring each campaign resonates with our communities and achieves our strategic objectives.
  2. Foster collaboration with creative and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and cohesion, leveraging the expertise of each department to maximize the impact of our campaigns.
  3. Monitor campaign performance and metrics rigorously, utilizing data-driven insights to continuously optimize and refine our strategies for maximum effectiveness.
  4. Proactively identify and address potential challenges or roadblocks, demonstrating agility and resourcefulness in finding solutions that maintain momentum and deliver exceptional outcomes.
  5. Own the project management of campaigns, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  6. Represent our communities, ensuring each campaign resonates and achieves our strategic objectives.
Your story
  1. A minimum of 6-7 years of experience in Campaign Management within a creative advertising agency or brand, coupled with proven leadership experience, is required for this role.
  2. You have the tenacity to solve hard problems, exceptional initiative, attention to detail and follow-through skills – all with sight of the bigger picture.
  3. Proven track record in successfully coordinating multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish.
  4. You have a strong understanding of 360 marketing campaigns.
  5. Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  6. Ability to meet tight timelines, prioritize tasks, and find solutions without compromising quality or positivity.
  7. Exceptional initiative, attention to detail, and follow-through skills while keeping sight of the bigger picture.
  8. Excellent presentation skills.
  9. Fluent in English.
  10. Proficiency in Asana and Google Workspace is a plus.
  11. Passion for sports and training is a huge plus.
