We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager with passion for driving commercial success through sales excellence and operational rigor. This role demands a proven ability to translate sales strategy into tangible sales uplift, set high performance standards, and optimize service delivery for our most critical accounts around the globe. This role is part of our Global Commercial Operations team, reporting into the Head of Commercial PMO. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be a hands‑on leader, managing critical initiatives that enhance our global sales capabilities and account service levels, ensuring commercial success is measurable, incentivized, and consistently achieved.

Your Mission

  • Spearhead projects focused on developing, prioritizing and improving service levels for global key accounts, working in direct collaboration with regional sales teams to implement enhanced protocols that unlock greater revenue potential and account satisfaction
  • Champion a culture of high standards and commercial discipline across all projects, ensuring outputs directly contribute to quantifiable sales uplift and account retention/growth
  • Design, implement, and embed new operational procedures and Commercial Playbooks (e.g., standardized sales processes, account management cycles) to ensure consistently high sales execution globally
  • Define and establish the right Key Performance Indicators and Commercial Success Metrics to measure sales excellence and demonstrable commercial impact
  • Cultivate strong, results‑oriented relationships with Regional Sales Teams and cross‑functional stakeholders, driving consensus and managing change to ensure seamless adoption and maximum commercial benefit
  • Provide frequent, insightful reporting on project progress, risks, and dependencies to relevant commercial leadership groups, enabling informed decision‑making and maintaining transparency

Your Story

  • Experience & commercial expertise: 7+ years of professional experience leading complex commercial projects. It is strongly preferred that ~3 years of this tenure have been focused on Regional Sales or client‑facing roles (wholesale focus)
  • Change Leadership & Operational Rigor: You have experience in leading significant change initiatives within a commercial organization, ensuring new operational standards and playbooks are adopted
  • Deep Commercial Acumen: You have a strong ability to analyze and maximize commercial drivers, alongside expertise in defining and utilizing commercial success metrics
  • High‑Impact Stakeholder Management: You have an exceptional ability to cultivate trust and influence to drive consensus and effectively manage complex commercial issues
  • Project Leadership & Service Orientation: Previous exposure (5+ years) managing complex projects with a direct link to account / customer experience
