You will play a key role in deploying and operating next-generation allocation capabilities, supporting the business across the whole EMEA region. You will collaborate closely with Retail, Planning, Supply Chain, and Data teams to ensure inventory supports business performance across diverse markets, and act as a key partner between merchandising, retail and operations. /p h3Your Mission /h3 ul liSupport the shift from forecast-driven to demand-led replenishment by using data and system insights to refine allocation decisions over the season /li liContribute to the transition to a fully AI-powered allocation system and act as a point of reference for best practices in allocation /li liAnalyze sales, stock, and size performance at SKU and store level, as well as identify missed sales opportunities and stock imbalances, providing actionable insights to improve performance /li liManage allocation and replenishment to ensure the right product is in the right place by monitoring performance and adjusting flows based on sales and stock levels, while supporting store level execution /li liSupport communication between central and local teams, through clear and positive communication - being able to simplify complex topics /li /ul h3Your Story /h3 ul li4+ years in Retail Allocation, Retail Planning, or Retail Analytics experience, within apparel, footwear or lifestyle brands /li liStrong analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong understanding of retail KPIs (sell-through, stock cover, size performance) /li liExperience with next generation AI-powered allocation systems /li liAble to identify risks and opportunities early and act accordingly /li liOpen to change, with a continuous improvement mindset /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 pOn is a place that is centered around growth and progress.
