Senior Specialist - Innovation Management

As a member of the Innovation Management team, you will drive impactful and scalable product innovation across the company by fostering a culture of innovation and excellence through defining ways of working, developing processes and tools, and driving the efficient management of innovation resources.

Your Mission

Your mission is to amplify Innovation\’s impact by building solid operational structures that foster a culture of Innovation and excellence. You will achieve this by driving operational excellence and strategic alignment within and beyond the Innovation team—defining processes and tools aligned with those from the organization, as well as developing clear roadmaps for implementing strategic improvements across Innovation and the product organization.

As an Innovation Management Senior Specialist – Operational Excellence you will:

1. Own the planning and execution of Innovation\’s key meetings
2. Define and implement best practices, frameworks, and ways of working
3. Develop and maintain the necessary tools and processes to manage the Innovation portfolio efficiently and coach the team on using those tools
4. Drive the creation and implementation of systems that enhance effective collaboration with other departments
5. Own Innovation\’s ongoing operations and drive resource management
6. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels

Your Story

• MBA, M.A., or M.Sc. in Business/Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Process Engineering, or related fields
• 5+ years of experience in product operations roles, management consulting, innovation management, or similar
• Strong ability to synthesize, structure, and simplify complex problems
• Passion for driving product innovation and inspiring others to embrace new ideas and approaches
• Effective communicator, capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Thrives in a dynamic, ambiguous, and fast-paced environment, embracing challenges and taking initiative to drive projects forward
• Excel at leading cross-functional projects from ideation to implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering successful outcomes

Meet The Team

You will be part of the dynamic and entrepreneurial Innovation Management team, a group of strategic doers and skilled professionals dedicated to fostering a culture of product innovation and collaboration across the organization. We act as the business and commercial amplifiers and advisors to the Innovation Team through ideation and product creation processes. We assess the business impact of new projects, define and build partnerships with strategic players, and take ownership for the roll-out of key innovation projects across the organization.
