As a Brand Activation Specialist at On you will work with the local market team to develop and deliver the brand activation plan. You will build authentic, meaningful connections with key partners and communities, lead brand and product education, drive sell‐out, and deliver activation excellence throughout the year – bringing the brand to life on the ground with meaningful experiences that inspire, educate, train and convert.
Your mission
Driving brand and product education is at the heart of being a Brand Activation Specialist at On. Assuring that retail partners are always up to date with the latest brand and product training. Your goal is to facilitate successful communication of On’s brand mission and innovative product technology to our customers in order to turn retail into On fans.
Building and strengthening relationships with retail partners and local communities is in the DNA of this role. This will involve coordinating and executing trade marketing and selling events in collaboration with internal commercial teams to amplify On’s brand E.g running or product test events.
Acting as the hands on the ground and supporting the Marketing team by ensuring the highest quality of visual merchandising and POS installations to showcase On’s products.
Taking initiative to engage, educate and manage freelance brand activation and supporting coordination or their work schedules.
Administration of all of your activities in our CRM-Software. This is a small but crucial part of your contribution to your team.
Your story
Typically 3+ years experience in brand activation, technical representation, retail, sales, marketing, or events.
Entrepreneurial and people-driven, with a passion for movement and strong ties to sports and community.
Passion & technical understanding for products and their visual merchandising in retail and events.
Knowledge of the sports B2B retailer landscape across Austria.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to excite partners and communities.
Creative mindset to design and deliver activations that resonate with retail across Austria, with a key city focus on Innsbruck.
Self‑motivated, resourceful with strong project management abilities.
A highly organized professional adept at simultaneously managing multiple projects and tasks, requiring collaborative engagement with a broad range of internal and external partners.
Adaptable, hands‑on, and solution‑oriented in dynamic environments.
Ideally you have some knowledge of Innsbruck’s cultural and sport/movement communities.
Fluent German (C2) and proficient English, essential for the regional scope of the role and as English is On’s shared professional language.
A valid driver’s license and ability to drive and travel for business needs are essential to fulfill job responsibilities. Reasonable accommodations will be considered in accordance with applicable laws.
