If you bring practical experience in freight forwarding/expedition, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and stay calm when last-minute operational changes arise, this role is for you. /ph3Your Mission /h3ulliEnd-to-End Shipment Freight Coordination: Organize and manage international and domestic freight movements across multiple modes (FedEx, Air Freight, Trucking), ensuring seamless customs handling and adherence to agreed Incoterms. /liliERP Order Execution (Nexus): Oversee order confirmations, calculate/update shipping data (weights, FOB pricing, carton information), and generate key shipping documents including PTS, packing plans, labels, and commercial invoices. /liliInbound Raw Material Management: Manage inbound shipments of raw materials and components to the ZRH Factory, obtaining carrier quotes, checking Incoterms, and aligning suppliers and forwarders to support production timelines. /liliWarehouse On-Site Operations Support: Serve as the primary operational contact for our 3rd party warehouse (Welti).
