Overview
In this role, you will lead the graphic vision for tomorrow’s high-performance apparel, shaping the visual language across collections. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to integrate mood, research, and design into print graphics and storytelling. You drive graphic direction from concept through tech packs, ensuring alignment with brand direction and product goals. This position offers the chance to influence premium sportwear aesthetics, materials, and finishes on a global scale. You will work with international partners to push boundaries and elevate On’s performance storytelling.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- lead contemporary graphic storytelling for apparel graphics
- present graphics to internal and external partners
- research imagery related to vision, materialisation, colour, detailing, and brand direction
- sketch concepts and develop 3D mockups of graphic direction
- create graphic tech packs and finished artworks for the development team
- collaborate with marketing, development, innovation, and Asia-p based partners
- research and source innovative materials and trims to elevate graphics
- champion process improvements and optimize workflows
- set and achieve goals to boost individual and team productivity
- travel to visit partners and vendors globally
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor in Graphic Design; 9+ years in graphic design with apparel focus
- experience in performance sportswear a plus
- excellent technical skills: print techniques, material graphic design, storytelling, branding
- broad market awareness and strong sense of contemporary design and culture shifts
- structured, hands-on mindset with visionary problem-solving
- expert in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
