Overview
As the Lead for Responsive & NOS Flows, you'll act as the global command center for the Cadence/NOS program, driving improved in-stock rates and reducing overstock. You will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely, precise execution and build the operational backbone for end-to-end ways of working. You will simplify complexity, automate where possible, and shield planning teams from adhoc work to scale a responsive supply chain. This role blends program leadership with process design to sustain scalable stock and sales planning globally. A strong hook is shaping a new operating model that delivers right-product availability at scale.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Act as global primary contact and coordination hub for Cadence, aligning merchandising, commercial, and planning teams for timely execution
- Coordinate global program milestones and manage future season assortment intake to enable continuous stock and sales planning
- Oversee global fulfillment for continuous demand and synchronize delivery capacity with regional operations to smooth load-in peaks
- Lead evolution of safety stock planning toward an automated end-to-end solution
- Drive process improvements, establish repeatable SOPs, and scale the responsive supply chain
- Define detailed processes following best-in-class standards for responsive and NOS programs
- Measure and publish key metrics on program health, focusing on incremental sales and inventory health
- Share status reports, highlight risks, and outline mitigation strategies
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 5+ years in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, or Supply Chain Operations
- Experience with continuous replenishment models (NOS, VMI) and inventory optimization
- Proven ability to build new processes from scratch and translate complexity into SOPs
- Strong stakeholder management with senior leadership across Commercial, Operations, and Tech
- Ability to operate autonomously, set priorities, and simplify complexity in a fast-growing environment
- Experience with responsiveness programs is a plus
- Ability to define initiatives, develop roadmaps, track progress, and identify risks
- Strong written and verbal communication; strategic thinking with operational detail focus
