Overview
In this role, you will serve as country-specific HR support for France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal, aligning HR operations with local labor law and group standards. You will partner with Legal, Payroll, and HRBPs to ensure compliant processes, effective training, and smooth employee experiences in a fast-growing, multi-market environment. You’ll drive leave management, exit administration, benefits rollout, and regional HR initiatives that support On’s growth. This role offers a hands-on, impact-driven path shaping cross-country HR operations and compliance.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Provide country-specific HR support for FR, ITA, ES, PT
- Guide local managers and HR teams on labor law and labor relations
- Facilitate trainings on country legislation for stakeholders
- Manage exit processes and administration in each country
- Support benefits rollout and regular benefits reviews with Total Rewards
- Co-own leave management with payroll for in-scope countries
- Support HRBPs in investigations and compliance matters
- Advise on HR policies, employment setups, benefits, and leave management incl. parental leave
- Assist local audits, health & safety activities, and mandatory reporting
- Assess proposals with risk assessment and local regulation alignment
- Introduce HR compliance initiatives in line with NCA
- Support market/entity launches, store openings, and acquisitions
- Liaise with ER team for union and works council interactions
- Deliver and improve region-wide HR operations processes aligned with global processes
- Lead regional HR operations projects and participate in global HR projects when required
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 5-8 years HR Operations/HR Specialist experience in scale-up or multinational environments
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Italian OR French
- Workday experience; proficient with Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong knowledge of local labour law, social security, and tax compliance in at least one market
- Excellent stakeholder management; high attention to detail; confidential data handling; premium service mindset
- Resilient, proactive, comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
- Project management experience; knowledge of labor relations and retail operations is a plus
