At On, we’re redefining the future of sportswear, and our team and business are rapidly expanding around the globe. In this role as Executive Assistant, your mission is to empower and enable two of our senior leaders.
The role will report to our Vice President Digital and our Vice President of Retail, both supporting our Commercial function with Global scopes.
Your Mission
- You act as a true partner to our Vice Presidents, managing calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses to optimize their time and focus.
- You provide support for strategic off‑sites and events, from location logistics to collaborating with teams on drafting agendas and content.
- You shape and enable key cultural moments, including departmental town halls and contributions to global company events.
- You support omnichannel initiatives across Digital and Retail by helping shape agendas and prepare content.
- You coordinate cross‑functional projects, document meeting protocols, and proactively drive follow‑ups to ensure accountability and execution.
- You steadily optimize workflows for the Digital & Retail leadership team to improve collaboration and efficiency.
- You support on any internal and external tax payroll and tax alignment due to complexity of leaders.
Your Story
- You have 4+ years of experience in a high-performance environment, ideally as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting C-level or senior leadership.
- You are a model of integrity and have proven experience handling highly confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- You think independently, anticipate needs, and make decisive, well‑reasoned judgments, even under pressure.
- You possess a strong “can‑do” spirit and a growth mindset, allowing you to tackle challenges with creativity and resilience.
- You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build strong, trusting relationships across all levels of an organization.
- You are highly proficient with modern digital tools and systems and leverage them to work efficiently.
- Language Skills: You are fully fluent in English; professional proficiency in German is a strong advantage.

From finding the perfect location, to organizing the right stock and installing the latest tech, we’re responsible for every retail touchpoint across the Oniverse. Working with Marketing, Talent, Finance, Demand Planning, Data Analytics – and especially our Store teams – we make every physical interaction with On the best it can be.
Your Digital/Ecommerce team:
We deliver Wow online, working across the whole of On to get our products to our global fanbase – wherever they are. The Oniverse was born online, and we drive its rocket growth in Ecommerce, reaching our fans across digital space to inspire real-world movement. We conceptualize, draw, build, test and roll‑out big ideas across everything from engineering to digital marketing. And by keeping everything in-house, our future expansion is in our hands.
