Overview
As a Visual Merchandising Sr. Specialist, you will own global VM guidelines and toolkits, translating editorial concepts into compelling 2D and 3D renders. You will build scalable design frameworks and ensure brand aesthetics are consistently executed across DTC, B2B, and Showrooms. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product strategy with global communications, delivering training assets and regional execution support. This role offers a meaningful chance to shape On’s visual storytelling in physical retail at a global scale.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Own and manage global Visual Merchandising guidelines, toolkits, and standards across all markets and channels.
- Translate editorial/seasonal concepts into 2D layouts and 3D renders to visualize spatial layouts and zoning.
- Design and develop core VM tools, presentations, and structured training assets in collaboration with VM leadership.
- Guide Area VM Leads on-ground execution and ensure regional alignment with global standards.
- Build relationships with DTC, Merchandising, and Buying to reflect product strategies in global VM communications.
- Manage the Global VM reporting deck with accurate, timely deliverables for the BX team across store formats.
Zentrale Anforderungen
- University degree in a relevant field (Editorial Design, Interior Design, or related) with at least 4 years of experience as a 2D/3D specs designer or similar spatial design role.
- Proficiency across Mac/PC with advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and 3D software (SketchUp).
- Knowledge of animation/motion design is a plus.
- Strong project management, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
