Our client, a multi office law firm is looking to strengthen its real estate offering with the appointment of a senior lawyer.
With over 20 locations spread throughout the UK, our client offers a full service of legal disciplines, representing thousands of businesses and professionals alike. Income has doubled since 2019, reaching over £150 million in 2024 and they continue to grow, aiming to double revenue once again in the next 4 years.
The Real Estate Team provide expert advice and assistance in all contentious and non-contentious real estate, planning, finance and development matters. The Team’s expertise covers a comprehensive range of property services that cover all types of commercial properties across many sectors, providing for a diverse client base.
Their lawyers support some of the UK’s most high-profile property investors; provides expert legal and commercial advice in relation to property, construction and litigation matters; and advises on complex schemes for commercial and residential developers. Areas of expertise include, asset management; Business Parks; construction; development; mines & minerals; mixed use schemes; plot sales; property Litigation; retail; and town planning.
We are now looking to speak with experienced property partners with the ambition and drive to join one of the fastest growing law firms in the country. As a candidate you will be a self-starter and have an excellent business development record, winning and maintaining client relationships with a solid book of business. We would welcome a conversation with any partner who has expertise as outlined above, or any other area which would complement the current offering.
