Risk & Compliance Manager (m/f/d)
Location: Reutlingen, Germany or Budaörs, Hungary (EMEA region)
Your tasks:
- Responsible for “Compliance” in accordance with customer‑specific expectations and act as point of contact for the customer.
- Comply with customer requests about ESG.
- Governance responsible for risk management. Integrate risk management into governance and operation.
- Develop and maintain a global Enterprise Risk Management framework aligned with ISO 31000 and automotive expectations (including IATF 16949 and OEM requirements).
- Lead periodic global and regional risk assessments and maintain the corporate risk register.
- Establish risk appetite and tolerance levels in alignment with senior leadership.
- Present consolidated risk reports to top management.
- Drive a culture of proactive risk identification and mitigation across all business functions: Operational & Manufacturing Risk Control, Quality & Customer Risk Oversight, Supply Chain & Purchasing Risk Management, Project, Engineering & Innovation Risk, Financial, Controlling & Internal Controls Risk, HR, Facility & Organizational Risk, Strategic & Executive Support.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Quality Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Training and experience in ISO 31000; ISO 9001; IATF 16949.
- Proficiency in English and German.
- Automotive experience (5 years).
- Manufacturing experience (3 years).
- Experience in Quality Function (3 years).
- Critical and analytical thinking, proactivity.
